Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your service to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at ap@tanglogisticsllc.com with your full name, email and phone number used in the payment of your service. If your return is accepted we’ll contact you for credit card or account information to issue a refund.

Damages or loss

Please inspect your freight on reception and contact us immediately if the shipment is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible if you deliberately damage freight.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and confirmed that you’ve made the request within the alloted time and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
